The Cloud
Dubai is quickly becoming the Disneyland of the world, with its wacky architecture and refreshing creativity shaping the use of the outrageous amounts of money floating around. In fact, Disneyland will soon not even be a relevant thing to compare it to, because they’re about to build Dubailand, which promises to be bigger and in every way more awesome than Disneyland (though I refuse to believe that it could be better, being a Disneyland loyalist from way back; I refuse to even visit Disneyworld).
The latest crazy thing people are planning on building is something called The Cloud. It will be a hotel that looks like a giant cloud floating over the city, supported by shiny stilts that look like rain. FUCK!
