I think I was a little hard on Rachael Ray

Now, I’ve had my share of fun at Rachael Ray’s expense in the past, but I think the era of making fun of her is over. Now I just feel sad for her.

First of all, it sounds like she’s suffering from a serious throat problem, which must be pretty humiliating when your job is public speaking. I think that losing her voice has kind of humbled her, in fact. Secondly, I think she realized that people hate her, because now in her talk show (which I don’t watch much) she’ll throw in a self-deprecating comment now and then like “yeah I know I’m obnoxious and screechy,” where she didn’t used to. I still hate her little fake girlish giggles, but other than that, she’s really not as annoying as she used to be.

Maybe there’s hope for her yet!
